The worst place ever. The ac on high, cold as heck inside. Our table wobbled, several others were wedged with napkins, the food was bland and I think our waitress really didn't Want to be there. And what health code lets you wear flip flops as a server? Yep seen here today...thanks for making sure I won't come back..you nailed it today!! Our food was terrible. There was no flavor, the beans were out of a can...and cold minutes after arriving. Our waitress never came back to see if I or my wife needed another drink...let's put it out there, Lake Charles has yet to have authentic Mexican food...that is worth $31.00 for two customers. I still don't know how you put an entire bowl of cilantro as a garnish for your three taco's that show up in foil...reallly...This place needs a makeover and a new owner....

Food is alright, service sucks. Waited a good bit to get our drink order. Then waited 15 mins for our food order. My cheese dip was cold before our order was even taken.

The food here is great. I got some rancheros thing (can't remember the name lol) and the serving size is huge! I couldn't finish my plate if my life depended on it. The only reason I didn't give the place 5 stars was because my service was pretty slow. I came here on a Wednesday night at 8:30 and my waitress didn't refill my drink or chips. And it took a long time to get my check. But everything else was great!

Fast service, decent Mexican food. Chips and salsa not that great, very tomatoey salsa. If you are out of state beware they may not take your license, they will say its too flimsy and could be fake. Who would fake an ID and age themselves 33????? The next time we went Jason brought his passport and TWIC, but we had no issues. The decor will leave you wanting and make you wonder if you should even eat there... It's the best Mexican we have had in lake charles, so far.

Another great meal!! Greeted my Mrs. Linda, the owner, promptly seated, and served with chips and salsa. Waitress took drink orders and returned quickly to take lie order. Hubby and I both ordered Fajitas. He ordered the Fajitas Mixta (beef, chicken, and shrimp) while I ordered the Chicken Fajitas.) Food brought out promptly, served hot and steaming. Delicious as always!! Can't wait to go back...

This place is old and run down. When I go out to eat I want a place that will pick me up. This place does not do that. I would avoid. If you want Mexican you don't have much choices in Lake Charles so I can't recommend any but this would not be it.

Not too great of atomsphere, but excellent food. The salsa is so fresh & only place around here that I've found white queso made with Chihuahua cheese! Excellent quesadillas. Big lunch plates for cheap. Service is usually slow.
